Program name and description

Forward Path Holdings Broker Communications. Forward Path Holdings uses one-to-one text messaging so business brokers can communicate with our owner-operators about business acquisition opportunities. Messages include replies to broker inquiries, scheduling calls and meetings, and follow-up on listings and deal documents. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send messages in bulk.

How you opt in

You will only receive text messages from us if you have agreed to receive them in one of these ways:

Verbal consent. During an initial phone conversation, a Forward Path Holdings owner-operator asks for permission to text you about acquisition opportunities. We record the date, the number and the person who gave consent. The owner-operator says:
"May we text you at this number about acquisition opportunities and follow-ups? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help."
Texting us first. If you send a text message to our business number, you agree to receive replies from us about your inquiry.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with us. After you opt in, we send this confirmation:

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Forward Path Holdings does not charge for text messages.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages:

Forward Path Holdings: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

To start receiving messages again, reply START.
